Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship orders using Special Line delivery services to ensure reliable international and domestic shipping.

Other countries: Shipping costs range between $5–$10, depending on your location

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 12–19 business days from the shipment date. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance.
Tracking Information
Customers receive a tracking number in their shipping confirmation email, allowing them to monitor their package’s journey in real time.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Damaged Packages

Reporting: Contact Graphic Footy at graphic.footyy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include clear photos of the damage.

Resolution: We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible. Claims are processed within 7 business days.
Lost Packages

Reporting: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Resolution: If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
"Delivered" but Not Received
If your tracking shows the item as delivered, but you haven't received it:

Graphic Footy does not cover refunds or reshipping in this case.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and around your property. Also, contact your local courier office with the tracking number.
No Tracking Scans / Missing Updates
If your package was marked as “shipped” but has no tracking updates, you have up to 45 days to report the issue to graphic.footyy@gmail.com.
Filing a Claim
Claims for lost or damaged packages cannot be filed if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date marked by the carrier.
Placing a New Order (if needed)
If a package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located and is ineligible for a claim, a new manual order will be required for reshipping.
